Ruby Stella Hotel London

I stayed at Ruby Stella Hotel in London twice, solo in December 2024 shortly after it opened, and with my husband in December 2025 for the holidays. I loved my first stay so much that I had to return. The rooms are small but cozy with comfortable beds and well-equipped. During our December 2025 visit, we had a cleaning issue which was handled promptly. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Michael, who made sure we were well cared for. The hotel has a nice bar, plenty of comfortable lobby seating, and is conveniently located near Farringdon Metro and train station, making it easy to explore London or travel elsewhere like our trip to Paris. I'll definitely return in 2026 and highly recommend Ruby Stella Hotel.

I stayed at the Ruby Stella Hotel in London last night, and it was a phenomenal experience. On entry, the place looked immaculate and the decor was absolutely stunning. I checked into my room which was easy to do, I was given a set of cards to access my room + the lift so it’s highly secure. You cannot go up the lift, or down the lift without using a key card. Once I entered the room, I was shocked at the cleanliness. The rooms are white which makes it so easy to spot dirt, I could see that it had been cleaned to perfection I didn’t find any crumbs, marks, mess, hairs it was the cleanest hotel I have stayed in so far. I felt comfortable, welcome and was happy with the size of the cozy bedroom. I loved the layout, great background and lighting for the mirror photos in the bedroom. I got myself ready for my night out, and then i had a cocktail at the bar. The service was fantastic, the bar staff as good at making the cocktails and they are professional. I loved the vibe, I just had the one cocktail whilst my friend got ready. Coming back to the hotel my feet were painful as I wore heels that night, I took them off and walked back to my room once I entered the hotel. I don’t like germs, and I felt ok walking around the hotel without any shoes on as it’s that clean. Me and my friend got pizza, this was at 3:00am. I love that the hotel offer food and drinks 24/7, can’t complain it really is a perfect hotel. The bed is comfortable, stylish headboard and you are given 2 thick pillows each. I slept like a baby, and I checked out at 12:00pm the next day. Me and my friend walked downstairs at 11:15am to receive our complimentary cup of tea which we forgot to get on arrival, we went down in our pyjamas and no one made us feel uncomfortable or like it wasn’t right for us to walk down like that. We sat at the bar, had a little chat and finished our cup of tea. Got ready, checked out which was again very easy we just handed in the key cards to the lady at the bar. That was our hotel experience with Ruby Stella, and I would 100% come back again. It’s not an expensive hotel, it’s quite new and the reviews are extremely high compared to other places. Definitely the best in London, and the location is perfect.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights, and it was one of the nicest places for the price. The room was clean and had everything I needed, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel breakfast was also delicious, varied, and healthy, with omelets, yogurts, cottage cheese, and good coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I'd like to thank Mattia, Elvio, and Brenda .

We just had the most incredible dining experience, and we absolutely have to give a huge shoutout to Patryk, Giulia, Maria, Olha, and Rey for making it unforgettable! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Patryk set the tone with genuine hospitality and professionalism, making us feel like honored guests rather than just customers. Giulia brought such positive energy to the table — attentive, knowledgeable, and always one step ahead of what we needed. Maria was simply wonderful, offering thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be some of the best dishes we’ve had in a long time. Every suggestion was spot-on! Olha added such a graceful touch to the service, making sure everything flowed smoothly and checking in at just the right moments. And Rey truly completed the experience with charm and a great sense of humor, making us smile throughout the evening. The food was absolutely delicious — beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with care. But what truly elevated the night was the teamwork, attention to detail, and authentic kindness from this amazing group. It’s rare to find a restaurant where both the cuisine and the service shine equally bright, but thanks to Patryk, Giulia, Maria, Olha, and Rey, this place absolutely does. We’ll definitely be coming back — and recommending it to everyone we know! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed at the Ruby Stella Hotel in London with my mother and my girlfriend, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was beautifully designed, cozy, and had everything we needed, with a very comfortable bed and a spotless rain shower. Breakfast was excellent and very extensive, with great sweet and savory options. In the evening we also enjoyed tasty pizza and delicious cocktails at the bar. A special thank you to Brenda, Waly, Mattia, and Olma for being so kind and helpful. If I come back to London, I will definitely stay here again and can warmly recommend both the hotel and the bar. It is absolutely worth the price.

Stopped by the bar at Ruby Stella and had such a great time. The cocktails were amazing and the pizza was surprisingly really good. Huge shoutout to the staff: Patryk, Giulia, Mariia, Olha and Rey for being so welcoming and making the vibe fun and relaxed. Definitely a great spot in London for drinks, good food, and good energy.

I had a great stay at the Ruby Stella Hotel London. The hotel is stylish, clean, and in a fantastic location. One of the coolest touches is that you can rent a guitar and play it in your room such a unique and fun experience! A special thank you to Giuseppe for delicious cocktail and Danae, Giulia, and Waly for their kindness and professionalism they truly made the stay even better. I would definitely come back!

We stayed at the Ruby Stella Hotel London for two nights with my husband. The place is ideally located (not far from St Pancras Station) and really gorgeous. I've particulary loved the decorations of the lounge and the bar. The chamber was confortable and clean. And all the staff was very charming. The breakfast was delicious with a large choice of dishies. We'll surely go back there when we'll return to London.
